A guide to Practices:
Branch Practice – This is the practice that is our official monthly meeting. It always happens on the second Saturday of the month, usually from 10:00 – 12 noon. We ring anything from rounds and call changes through plain bob doubles and sometimes even some Surprise Minor or Major. It is at a different tower each month and we try to spread it out so that we visit as many active towers as possible.
8-Bell Improvers Practice – Generally on the last Wednesday of each month, currently held to coincide with the normal practice at Haddenham or Stewkley – 19:30 – 21:00.
It is designed to be for those 8-bell ringers looking to move on from Plain Bob and Grandsire, with an aim to ring Stedman Triples and simple Surprise Major.
